The Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for nonstandard processes and projects regarding spare parts for North America. The Specialist will support Sales by defining prices for the US market, TUS product center prices and assist with introducing new products into the market. They will also provide support to the Spare Parts management team as needed.

Spare Parts Specialist Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers
  • Establishes and maintains part set up in SAP
  • Completes price & availability tickets to assist Spare Parts & Service teams
  • Perform relevant analysis of financials of the Spare Parts business, including but not limited to pricing, costing, warranty, etc.
  • Support sales / product management with the NPI process regarding spare parts
  • Responsible for trade show boxes to ensure all needed spare parts are available during tradeshows Responsible for special inventory agreements for Premier customers (i.e. John Deere warehouse) Supports special customer requests regarding recommended spare parts lists or reports about consumption
  • Helps with order backlog analysis and storage clean up Acts as SAP key user for TUS spare parts pricing

Experience

Previous purchasing inventory control or procurement experience strongly preferred. SAP or other ERP systems (ORACLE, JDE etc.) knowledge required. Sufficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Self-organized, detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.Must be self-disciplined, able to multi-task in-order to meet required deadlines, sense of urgency.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
