What You'll Do
As our Senior Manager of Service Commercialization, you will develop and lead strategies to bring services to market and ensure their successful adoption by our customers. As you step into this critical role for Lovesac, you will be instrumental in driving revenue through the management of the company's returned inventory sales and showroom return-to-stock processes. This role calls for a highly motivated team player that is experienced in strategic planning, effective execution, and ongoing refinement based on market feedback and performance data. A results-oriented mindset coupled with a passion for inventory management and sales will be needed for success in this role.

This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

  • Consult with product development teams on initiatives ensuring relevant and appropriate Commercialization and Go To Market feedback and perspective is considered within the product development and design process; consults with sales and operations teams to best represent their perspectives in early product development.
  • Lead cross-functional creation of product go-to-market commercialization plan including timeline and milestone deliverables, optimizing internal and external customer experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of key stakeholder impacts end-to-end with heightened focus on pre-production through post launch implications.
  • Inform product launch timing and product roadmap impacts.
  • Ensure products launch in market successfully (on time, within budget, to expected performance) through enabling teams to pass through gates smoothly.
  • Provide leadership visibility to critical milestones, timing, resource management and key areas of risk; escalate challenges and roadblocks to Sr. Leadership appropriately.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve or exceed revenue, growth objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead high profile product initiatives and business opportunities, measure results, and optimize outcomes.
  • Operates in multiple time horizons to ensure all needs of the business are met - manage current launches as well as provide timing and suggestions for future launch considerations based on product readiness vs. launch readiness.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners to maximize the value of returned inventory.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team meetings, onsite trainings, connection weeks, companywide meetings and vendor visits).
