Amplify's Product Training & Enablement team is seeking a Product Training & Development Specialist to craft and develop training materials applying standard methodologies in adult learning and instructional design and to deliver product training sessions to our internal customer-facing teams.

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for education and can quickly become a guide on Amplify's suite of products.

Amplify's COVID-19 vaccination policy requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided.

Responsibilities of the Product Trainer:

  • Design compelling live (remote) and asynchronous product training sessions for our customer-facing teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success, in order to equip them with the foundational product knowledge vital to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Adhere to a project management plan that includes timelines for crafting training, receiving and incorporating feedback, and finalizing training

  • Facilitate and deliver insightful, effective, and engaging product training sessions to internal customer-facing teams

  • Assess impact and efficiency of training by collecting, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from key collaborators on session content, framework, and delivery

  • Work with Amplify's product teams and product guides to develop a deep pedagogical understanding of our programs, from both a content and a digital perspective

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand upcoming content offerings and feature releases and incorporate into training programs and assets

  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in K-8 literacy and science and K-12 math trends

Basic Qualifications of the Product Trainer:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field

  • 3+ years instructing or training experience

  • Experience crafting assessments and analyzing results in order to identify knowledge gaps and training needs

  • Ability to prioritize multiple training requests and anticipate training needs

  • Proficiency in module creation tools, including Google Slides and Easy Generator, video recording programs, as well as delivery platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet

Preferred Qualifications of the Product Trainer:

  • Advanced degree and instructing credential (past or current)

  • Experience working in an Educational Technology company

  • Experience instructing or training adults

  • Familiarity with Amplify products, both content and digital platform and navigation

Compensation:

The hourly rate range for this role is $40.00-$45.00.
