Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) and two (2) years of directly related full-time experience or four (4) years of directly related experience may be considered. Three (3) years of full-time experience in any of these areas: employee and/or student community engagement activities, or event planning. Experience with public speaking and creating presentations. Assessment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in employee, student, and/or community engagement where you created, developed, and delivered successful employee engagement, community outreach or volunteer programs. Customer service experience.
Brief Description of Duties:
The Culture & Engagement Coordinator is part of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Director of Healthier U. The incumbent should be dynamic and passionate about employee engagement. The Culture & Engagement Coordinator role is pivotal in shaping and sustaining a positive organizational culture and fostering meaningful engagement among faculty, staff, and students. Delivering impactful presentations is key for this position. Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to engage and inspire others are essential for this role. The Culture & Engagement Coordinator will need to be customer service-oriented with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with internal and external business partners.

This is a Management Confidential position. This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption.
