TITLE: Senior Marketing Analyst
LOCATION: Stamford, Connecticut
JOB SUMMARY: Perform daily and weekly reporting of call volume with insights by tactic by segment against goals, month-over-month (MoM), and year-over-year (YoY) in support of the development of mid-market marketing strategies. Perform campaign analysis including Big Apple, ENE, High Cap, and 3MF. Conduct weekly insights of MQLs, Inside Sales, and Sales Lists. Perform competitive intelligence and data analysis, analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions. Develop insights into product performance on an ad hoc basis and analyze key account campaign performance. Perform OnDemand usage insights. Perform website conversion insights from calls and leads. Analyze Door Opener campaigns as they expand and launch post trial as well as digital media performance insights. Identify and analyze industry trends and competitor market strategies to monitor current and potential customer trends and perform marketing strategies, understanding marketing reports and tactics to provide recommendations. Support historical data and sources as input to perform analysis and partner with other areas of the business to model outcomes of implementing potential business strategies.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, and: 4 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Tableau for data analysis and generating reports; analyzing marketing reports and tactics in order to provide recommendations; and in the cable and television industry to provide strategic business intelligence recommendations. Domestic travel required quarterly for 2-3 days.
