Aline Wealth Management is a financial advisory team within Hightower, a leading advisor-owned financial services company. This Barron's and Forbes ranked team provides financial services primarily to high-net-worth individuals and families, including financial planning, investment strategy and implementation, Business Owners and Non-Profits. We are looking for a person with high-energy who naturally has a "do what it takes" attitude to support a seasoned team while providing the superior experience our clients have come to expect. The Client Service and Trading Associate is a full-time position and will report to the Executive Director. #LI-Onsite

Please note this position requires you to be in the office from Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prepare and process documentation for client transactions, including opening new accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes
  • Achieve proficiency in relevant technologies including eMoney Financial Planning software, Black Diamond performance reporting platform, Salesforce, Fidelity's Wealthscape platform and Schwab Advisor Services platform, Money Guide Pro, BizEquity and others.
  • Deliver outstanding client support to both internal and external clients, including phone and email interaction, transaction processing, trade execution and system support
  • Maintain and manage templates for trading, allocations and client risk management
  • Execute trades across client portfolios, DCA trading, model trading, block trading, tax loss harvesting and Alternative Investments trading
  • Prioritize and organize workflow while performing operational tasks and executing trades throughout each market day
  • Provide client service in the account administration process
  • Process trades for client cash flow needs (need cash for journals, wire transfers, checks, gifts, retirement account distributions, etc.)
  • Process client billing on a quarterly basis
  • Manage account configurations in rebalancing software to ensure accuracy of accounts to assigned allocation models, cash reserves, and restricted securities
  • Perform additional responsibilities and undertake special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • 3 or more years of experience in a client service or operational role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must have advanced spreadsheet (Excel) and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Interested in finance, economics, and investing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Open to learning new tasks and expanding responsibilities
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field a plus
