Position Summary:

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to support our fire business unit.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include support of existing AFA customers, uncover new prospects for the sales of fire alarm and security systems along with central station monitoring
  • Follow-up on company supplied leads, and prospect for new opportunities
  • Make physical sales calls to present AFA's products and services
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sales contests, complete and submit required weekly/monthly paperwork, achieve monthly sales quotas

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fire Alarm Experience preferred
  • NICET certification a plus

Salary: Base salary depending on experience plus competitive uncapped commission plan AND bonus & incentive programs upon reaching certain goals.
