Expected salary for this position is $35,000 annually plus commission.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and maintain referral relationships, . Meet or exceed sales goals by networking with centers of influence and identifying potential members in need of mortgage financing; Communicate mortgage programs, processes and guidelines to prospective clients. Work with members to structure a mortgage loan that meets their needs.

Work on projects as required, assisting manager in setting strategy for sales originations to increase loan production and profit.

Attend networking events on behalf of Bethpage Federal Credit Union in coordination with business development within the corporate and charitable community that include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special events to build networking and prospecting opportunities.

Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), CFPB(?) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.

High School (required)

Experience
1 - 4 years: Mortgage Sales experience required (required)
1 - 4 years: Must have reliable transportation with flexibility to attend morning, evening and weekend events on a regular basis. Must be willing to work untraditional work hours including early mornings, evenings and on occasion weekends. Must be able to speak with confidence in front of large groups and meet with high-level executives in a group or 1 to 1 environments with enthusiasm. (required)
