We are seeking an Account Manager to work remotely with our corporate office located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks in delivery of Talent Solutions for InGenesis' Program Office.

Talent Solutions Delivery

• Responsible for customer and contingent worker Supplier relations and problem resolution.
• Responsible for regular communications with other contingent worker groups such as independent contractors/personal services contractors.
• Supports escalated recruitment pipeline & planning efforts.

Talent Metrics & Compliance

• Responsible for meeting/exceeding contractual requirements.
• Collects and supports analysis of program data through daily use of tracking systems. Through analysis, identifies talent supply & demand trends with opportunities for continuous improvement and Supplier optimization.
• Prepares scheduled reports. Performs clerical and administrative support tasks, including creation of .ppt presentations and correspondence.

Customer Relationship Growth through Access to Talent

• Identifies ways to streamline and reduce cycle time & enhance quality in talent delivery to client.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate years' experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong aptitude for HR technology systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Must reside and be able to travel to client sites within the state of New York as required.
