Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Service Desk e-support analyst role is responsible for assisting member, provider and Brokers with password resets, navigational advice, and basic technical troubleshooting. This position is also responsible for reviewing and provisioning provider portal access requests.
Responsibilities:
Member assistance:
o Technical assistance with account access
o Mobile technical assistance and setup
o Password resets in a secure HIPAA process
o Basic website navigation and support
o An avenue for dealing with feedback and various technical escalations
o Feedback to internal teams for any web issues or improvements
Provider assistance:
o Setting up and processing Provider Portal access requests
o Providing navigational assistance and queries on accounts
o Providing password resets
o Answer Provider Portal information via email or telephone
Brokers and Employer assistance:
o Password reset and inquiries
o Providing navigational assistance
Required/Preferred Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written communication skills (emails)
Ability to document phone calls/emails in a professional manner
Ability to work collaboratively
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Prior health insurance experience preferred
Familiarity with computer systems a plus
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Education:Two-year college degree in business or technology or equivalent customer service experience.
Minimum Experience:Computer and/or customer service, related experience preferred.
