Courtney Steding serves as the Associate Director of the Academic and Career Planning Center at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She specializes in employer development, career counseling and coaching college students in preparation for the internship and job search process. At Behrend, Courtney serves as the employer relations coordinator, which provides the opportunity to connect students with employers across diverse industries. Her office hosts a career fair each semester, drawing over 160 employers and 1,000 students.

Courtney also serves as an instructor at Behrend, where she teaches a Job/Internship Search and Professional Skills course each semester. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Opportunities Unlimited of Erie, whose mission is to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities and to support them in achieving their goals.
