LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9-week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.
The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.
The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.
The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.
Responsibilities
Project Summary:
Initiate project to investigate why customers are returning TV products and make recommendations to reduce returns which will create greater customer satisfaction and provide LG with financial savings.
Be the Voice of customer sentiment: Leverage LG's owned data to analyze customer sentiment for a category of products, then report and make recommendations as to how LG may want to improve our marketing and customer experience
The project shall have great impact to our customer experience and improve our profitability by identifying reasons why customers are returning HE products purchase on LG.com. The intern will work with many groups within LG such as customer support, Data and insights, LG.com, Product teams.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate skill level at data analysis, compiling spread sheets with MS Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations

* Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University
* Polished written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging, and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform and inspire.
