Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the business through utilization of SalesForce CRM system
  • Full ownership of the sales process; Discovery, Info-Mapping, Lead Generation, Qualification, Opportunity Management, and Drive-to-Close
  • Recognizes business opportunities within the medical device market, promotes concept development, and provides product solutions for profitable implementation.
  • Develop strategic targets to establish long-term business partnerships through internal and external information sources.
  • Identify decision makers at key accounts to evaluate our value proposition and total cost sales approach.
  • Negotiates the best value for products and services sold in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
  • Research and forecast major accounts, product lines, and items for assigned region in meeting sales objectives.
  • Partners with sales management to plan sales strategy, maximizing total sales effort to attain sales goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, digital marketing efforts, and social media interaction.
  • Proficient in working within a matrixed team to meet sales objectives.
  • Provides appropriate weekly and monthly internal reports to management.
  • Plans travel schedules efficiently to meet budget guidelines as established by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably with a Sales Background in a related field)
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated success in sales with complex value-added components and complete systems solutions.
  • Demonstrates knowledge in selling to the Medical Device (Primary), Industrial, and possibly Aerospace markets.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts, designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive, pragmatic, and concise with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Fluent in English with experience working with multi-cultural colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
