The Americas Field Marketing intern will work with PerkinElmer's Americas Field Marketing team to support operational activities related to field marketing campaigns. The operational activities will include working closely with

  • Our event team to prepare for and produce events

  • Our marketing technology team to capture and process leads

  • Our digital execution team to support omni-channel marketing communications including

    • Social posts

    • Emails

    • Website content

    • SEO / SEM

    • Paid media

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project meetings

  • Support efforts to plan and produce events

  • Support efforts to capture and process leads

  • Support efforts to market events to our customers using a variety of digital tactics

  • Support efforts to analyze event effectiveness by partnering with our marketing data analytics team to gather data and prepare insights

  • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing to drive marketing initiatives which drive business growth

Experience Guidelines:

  • Strong project management skills required

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerpoint

  • Self-motivated, organized and accountable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences

  • Must have 1+ years of communications experience if degree in the sciences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences is a plus
